Nature of services

I am not a licensed medical or veterinary professional. Sessions offered through Rewild With Amanda — including energy healing, intuitive readings, animal communication, and related work — are complementary and are not a substitute for medical or veterinary care. I work alongside, not in place of, licensed professionals.

Assumption of risk

Sessions involving horses and other animals carry inherent physical risk. Before participating in any equine or animal-related session, clients are required to review and sign a liability waiver and assumption-of-risk form, provided directly by Amanda ahead of the session.

Cancellation & rescheduling

1:1 sessions — equine or human

48+ hours notice Reschedule your session or receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees, if applicable.

Under 48 hours Non-refundable. The session fee is forfeited.

No-show Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification results in forfeiture of the full session fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Clinics, workshops & group events

7+ days notice Eligible for a full refund.

Within 7 days Non-refundable. Your registration may be transferred to another person or held as a credit toward a future clinic, subject to space availability and sole discretion.

Refund processing

All approved refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Payment terms

Payment is due 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled session, unless the session is scheduled in person.

Confidentiality & session recordings

Virtual sessions may be recorded for your reference, with a copy provided to you afterward. Recordings are kept on file and are only used for media or marketing purposes with your signed permission.

Use of testimonials & media

By providing a testimonial, review, or feedback, you grant permission for it to be used on the Rewild With Amanda website and marketing materials, with attribution as you provided it — first name and last initial, unless otherwise requested.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
